Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

As a commissioned Texas Notary Public service, Prosperity2911 follows all state laws and guidelines set forth by the Texas Secretary of State. Because notarial acts are official services that are completed at the time of signing, all fees for notary services are non-refundable once the notarization has taken place.

Policy Overview

  • Completed Services: Once a notarization has been performed, no refunds will be issued. This applies even if a document is later rejected by another party or organization.

  • Travel and Mobile Fees: Travel or mobile service fees are non-refundable once the notary has departed for the appointment location, even if the signing cannot be completed for reasons beyond the notary’s control.

  • Document Readiness: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their documents are complete, accurate, and ready for notarization before the appointment begins.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made before travel may be eligible for a partial refund at the notary’s discretion. However, cancellations made after the notary has arrived at the appointment will not qualify for a refund.

  • Refusal of Service: The notary reserves the right to refuse service if the signer cannot provide valid identification or witnesses, appears unwilling or coerced, or if the document is incomplete or unlawful. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

By booking or using notary services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
