Service Description
Our mobile notary service provides a convenient and secure way to authenticate documents at your location. Our notary public will travel to your site to witness signatures and verify identities. This service is ideal for busy professionals and individuals who require notarization services at their home or office. **We reserve the right to change the location based on client/notary needs. If this is needed, you will receive a phone call prior to the appointment. The following surcharges will be charged as necessary and must be paid in full prior to notarization of documents. • Expedited Service (within 2 hours of booking): $25 • Mileage Surcharge: $1 per mile over 10 miles (Travel included in $40 booking fee for up to 10 miles) • Extended Appointment Time (Over 30 Minutes): $20 • After Hours (Monday-Friday Before 9 a.m. or After 4 p.m.): $25 • Weekend Surcharge (Saturday-Sunday): $40 • Holiday Surcharge: $100 • Cancellation/No-Show: Fees are due and payable at time of booking. No refunds will be issued. • Airport/Hotel/Business Parking Fees: To Be Determined Prior to Appointment and due prior to notarization of documents.
Cancellation Policy
Payment must be paid in full prior to confirming appointment. No refunds will be given for cancellations or failing to show up to the appointment. If there are extenuating circumstances, please call Prosperity Notary Service (469-246-2826) to discuss options.
