Service Description

Our remote online notary service allows you to authenticate documents from the comfort of your own home or office. Using secure video conferencing technology, our notary public will verify your identity and witness your signature. Click on the QR code below or copy/paste the URL above to schedule online notary service. Please have ID ready and documents uploaded prior to appointment. Remote online notarizations are performed on Notary Hub. Fees will be determined and charged on the Notary Hub platform. Payment must be received before access is given to the final notarized documents. *Must have an adequate microphone and camera. Online notarization (15-minute session) is based on the number of general documents. This does not include apostille or loan documents. 1 document: $40 2+ documents: $50 Additional fees may include: • Extended Appointment Time (Over 15 Minutes): $20 • After Hours (Monday-Friday Before 9 a.m. or After 4 p.m.): $25 • Weekend Surcharge (Saturday-Sunday): $30 • Holiday Surcharge: $50
